ケンタッキー３ピース
米３合
醤油適量、塩小さじ４分の３
玉ねぎ半個みじん切り、ホールトマト一つ、シメジ
ニンニク二かけ
を少な目の水で炊く

炊けたら蒸らして骨から肉をスルリとほぐして上に添える

チキンからダシと塩分、ハーブの香りがでた パラっとしたピラフになります
